Connecticut state Attorney General William Tong came to Newtown’s Community Center Saturday to support our food drive and deliver an enthusiastic, full-throated endorsement of Michelle’s candidacy for state representative in the 106th District in Newtown.

The Ku Crew was a little star-struck — Tong is perhaps the most popular Democrat in the state, having led the statewide ticket in 2022; and he’s widely admired for his work in 2025 defending Connecticut from the predations of the Trump administration. We deeply appreciate him and his support. We all had a great time. Thanks for showing up, Newtown!
