Democratic Caucus: May 26.
6 pm, Newtown Middle School

It’s part town hall, part political rally, part procedural meeting.
Energy matters. Organization wins. And turnout decides everything.
The Newtown Democratic Party will hold a caucus to determine who gets the official party endorsement for the 106th District State House seat. This is a huge moment – and it comes down to how many of Michelle’s supporters actually show up.
Here’s how it works: As a registered Democrat in the 106th District, you have the right to attend, hear from the candidate nominators, and vote. That’s it. And your vote directly determines whether Michelle walks away with the party’s full backing.
The caucus endorsement gives Michelle official Democratic Party support – resources, visibility, and credibility going into the general election. Without strong turnout from supporters like you, another candidate could take the endorsement.
You already know Michelle – you know she’s the real deal. A scientist, a mom, a neighbor who has spent 15 years getting things done right here in Newtown. This caucus is the moment where that support becomes official.
To win, Michelle’s supporters have to show up. In person. Can we count on you to be there?
